What is Surya Namaskar Yajna?

The Surya Namaskar Yajna (SNY) is a 16-day event from January 14th to February 1st, dedicated to promoting a healthy lifestyle. Participants engage in the practice of Surya Namaskar, or Sun Salutations, a dynamic sequence of 10 yoga postures. This ancient practice is a holistic exercise that invigorates the body, calms the mind, and nurtures the spirit, fostering a sense of community and collective well-being.
