Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) is a sequence of 10 powerful yoga poses performed in a smooth flow. It is a complete practice that combines physical exercise, breathing and mind. The Surya Namaskar Yajna (SNY) is a 16-day event dedicated to promoting this healthy lifestyle, fostering community and collective well-being.

Goals & Daily Routine
- Individual Goal: Perform 1 Surya Namaskar set(13 SN is 1 set) and 5 Yogasanas daily.
- Weekly Target: Aim for 100+ Surya Namaskars per week.
- Operational Rhythm: Encouraging daily calls at the Shakha and Gat-Pat levels to maintain momentum.
